Shipping and Postage
Colour Me Bronze ships to you via the following methods:
- Fastway Couriers
- Australia Post
- Express Post
Depending on your location within Australia your shipping fee either be:
- $15.00 (Fastway Couriers)
- $20.00 (Fastway Couriers/Express Post)
We aim to have all order in by 11am AEST dispatched the same day.
Depending on the Suburb/State to which the shipment is being despatched to you should receive your order within 1-5 working days. Please note that for some remote areas we will only be able to send via Express Post and won’t be able to use our Fastway Courier service.
We currently ship to Australia only. If you are an International Customer and wish to purchase our products please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide a detailed shipping quote in AUD.
Signing and Deliveries
All shipments sent via Fastway Couriers will require a signature on delivery unless stated in writing that our courier service is able to leave your order in a safe place. Colour Me Bronze does not take any responsibility for any packages left and unsigned for. We do suggest that you state your delivery address as either your home or business address where somebody will be available to sign for the delivery. If a redelivery service occurs and there is a fee involved, this fee will need to be paid by the customer directly to the courier service.
Once your booking has been despatched you will receive an email with all tracking details. You will then be able to track your item directly online with Australia Post or Fastway Couriers. Please ensure that your shipping details are correct at the time of checkout as we will not be held accountable for undelivered items due to incorrect information.

Lost or Damaged Items
If you have not received your item within 5 working days please call Colour Me Bronze on 0403 604 796 or email email@example.com. We will not be held accountable for lost items but will try our best to track down your item as best as possible.
Even though we make every effort to ensure your delivery arrives on time and in perfect condition, sometimes mattrers occur that are out of our control. If you feel that your items have been damaged in transit we ask you to take a photo within 24 hours of receipt of the goods and email firstname.lastname@example.org along with your details and we will access it on an individual basis.
Change of Mind
Colour Me Bronze does not accept returns for change of mind or for any tanning solution. If you have not tried our products before we suggest that you purchase a sample size bottle first. We recommend taking extra care when checking out to ensure you have chosen correctly.
All orders sent by Colour Me Bronze is checked and double-checked prior to packaging, but on the rare occasion a mistake may occur. If the item received is not what you have ordered or what is stated on the invoice you receive these products may be returned. We will send you out a replacement order and will organise a collection of the original products. If the item has been used we will not accept a return.
Delivery Time for Products
Colour Me Bronze is not responsible for any loss of income due to missing or delayed orders. Please ensure that you allow enough time for all orders to be received.
