NO CANCELLATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED VIA THIS FORM.  YOU MUST CALL THE SALON DIRECTLY TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT.

Please note that we may not be able to get to respond to your request straight away due to the high demand of spray tan appointments during peak season.  If you would like an answer straight away it may be best to call the salon directly on (02) 9882 3751, and we will get back to you inbetween appointments when we can.
