Terms and Conditions

• Cancellations and Rebooking – We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rebooking as it takes time to fill your spot.  Any appointments missed or cancelled inside of this time will incur your treatment being forfeited for that day.
• Late arrivals more than 10 min will result in your treatment time being shortened as we run a tight schedule and don’t want to impact bookings straight after your appointment.
• Deposit of $100 is required as confirmation of your appointment, when purchasing packages the payment must be paid in full at the first session.  Payments are non refundable and treatments cannot be transferred to another person.
• We value the importance of good hygiene, not only for ourselves but other clients also.
